I called and the "manager" wanted me to come back for a future free meal, and would not refund my money, so I paid for something I didn't receive, and don't plan to eat there again. "Manager" never once apologized for my inconvenience or displayed any empathy toward me. She told me she would have me speak to another "manager", but the other "manager" would not get on the phone, but was only relaying what to say back to me. I work in customer service and understand that humans make errors, but this was handled horribly and very unprofessionally.June 12, 2016
